What can I really change in 12 weeks?
We will show you how 12 weeks with ACCELERATION can kick-start a lifelong health journey.

ACCELERATION will help you adopt healthy habits and behaviours

Between 2013 and 2016, we launched the ACCELERATION pilot program with 583 participants in Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, and Halifax.

At the end of their 12-week programs…

43% were exercising at least 150 minutes per week.

68% were consuming at least five servings of fruits and vegetables on a daily basis.

26% of smokers had stopped smoking.

The ACCELERATION program can help you reduce health risks

Reducing your risk of chronic disease is about learning to take control of your health habits. Here is an overview of what the most recent group of ACCELERATION graduates gained from their 12-week journey with us!

Program targets and lifespan

more years to live

These ACCELERATION graduates who met the program’s target guidelines increased their predicted life expectancy by 1.25 years.

Diet and stroke risk

lower risk of ischemic stroke

In the same group of graduates, those who met their target of five servings of fruits and vegetables per day lowered their risk of stroke by 7.5%.

Exercise and mortality

reduced risk of mortality

In addition, those who achieved 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity per week reduced their risk of death (by any cause) by 20%.

Tobacco and health

aggregate years of better health

Collectively, those who quit smoking added 48 expected “healthy years” to their lives.

I’ve tried many fitness programs over the years and this is the first one I’ve been able to stick with. It’s simple. And it works.

I’ve never been able to fit exercise into my day. But I have learned that exercising in 20-25-minute chunks makes a huge difference.
